By accessing or using the CryptoMeteo service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you are prohibited from using the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CryptoMeteo.

2. Nature of the Service

CryptoMeteo is a pure information platform that provides automated aggregation of news, analysis, and an informational sentiment indicator ("Positive/Neutral/Negative") related to crypto-assets. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only.

No Financial Advice

All content, tools, and data provided by the Service, including but not limited to articles, ratings, and analysis, do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any crypto-asset.

3. CRITICAL FINANCIAL DISCLAIMER & WARNING

WARNING: HIGH-RISK INVESTMENT ACTIVITY

  • Risk of Total Loss: Crypto-assets are highly volatile and speculative. They present a significant and inherent risk of capital loss. You should only invest funds that you can afford to lose completely.
  • Automated Analysis: CryptoMeteo's ratings reflect an automated analysis of public information and news. They are not predictive of future performance and are not trading signals. We make no guarantee as to their accuracy, timeliness, or relevance.
  • Your Sole Responsibility: You acknowledge that you use all data and information from the Service at your own risk. You are solely responsible for conducting your own research (DYOR) and for all investment decisions you make. It is up to you to consult a qualified, licensed financial adviser before making any investment.

4. External Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by CryptoMeteo. We do not endorse and are not responsible or liable for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing and using these links is at your sole risk.

If you create an account with us, you warrant that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding your password. CryptoMeteo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that is in violation of these Terms without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CryptoMeteo, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service or any investment decisions made based on the information provided by the Service.

Content from third-party sources remains the property of their respective rights holders.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
